At NFHS, we want you to be fully satisfied with your athletic gear. If your equipment or apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of purchase in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the sports gear you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and protective equipment remains in its original wrapping.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
